Sunway Resort Hotel, Petaling Jaya

We had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms impressed us, the service from the staff fell short, especially during critical moments. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and attractions, making it convenient for our stay. However, the dining experience was marred by wait times and crowds, which diminished the overall enjoyment.

This resort has impressive external architecture and great amenities, but it unfortunately falls short internally due to outdated rooms and slow service. While the location is fantastic for both shopping and leisure, my overall experience was dampened by subpar service and maintenance issues. With a price tag of $250 per night, I expected better comfort and service quality.

During my stay at the Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, I experienced a mix of highlights and challenges. I had a wonderful time at this resort with very helpful and attentive staff. They even checked up on me when I was unwell, which made me feel cared for. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to attractions and a great shopping mall. However, the parking area could use more security, and some room features were not ideal. Overall, it was a great experience, but there’s room for improvement.

We had an amazing family holiday at this resort, thanks to the exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast options were delightful and catered to various tastes. However, we found the room service to be overpriced and not very appetizing. Overall, it was a great experience that left us with wonderful memories.
